Bountylist Terms of Service

Welcome to Bountylist, a platform that connects entities with talented individuals for short-term, high-impact projects. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Use of the Platform

Bountylist is a platform that allows entities to post bounties and for individuals to complete those bounties. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any bounties posted on our platform. It is your responsibility to exercise caution and judgment when engaging with bounties or users on our platform.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Bountylist, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and the content you post on our platform.
• You will not post any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious bounties or content.
• You will not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of our platform or its users.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access unauthorized areas of our platform.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our platform.

3. Intellectual Property

Bountylist does not claim ownership of any content posted by users on our platform. However, by posting content on our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with our platform and business.

4. User Interactions and Payment Disputes

Bountylist is not responsible for any interactions, agreements, or disputes between users who connect through our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any communication, transaction, or agreement made via email or other means outside of our platform.

Bountylist does not have any control over or involvement in the payment process for bounties. It is the sole responsibility of the users to agree upon and fulfill any payment obligations. Bountylist does not guarantee that you will receive payment for completed bounties and is not liable for any payment disputes that may arise.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bountylist provides its platform on an `as is` and `as available`` basis. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality, reliability, or availability of our platform. We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free, secure, or free from interruptions or downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bountylist and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our platform.

7. Indemnification
